Puffd — Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Puffd managed under Shree Shyam Kart strives to provide customers with quality roasted puffed rice products. As these are perishable food items, our refund and cancellation terms are designed to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order on puffd.in.
2. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately at help@puffd.in with your order number.
- Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.
- Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Returns & Replacement
Puffd products cannot be returned once delivered, except under the following conditions:
- The wrong product was delivered (different flavor, pack size, or item).
- The package was received damaged, leaked, or unsealed.
- The product has expired or is unfit for consumption at delivery.
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and video proof of the product and packaging.
All replacements or refunds are subject to verification by our quality team.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only after successful verification of the claim.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- Processing time is typically 7–10 business days from approval.
- If a replacement is provided, no monetary refund will be issued.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Opened, partially consumed, or tampered products.
- Products reported after 24 hours of delivery without valid proof.
- Items bought under promotional discounts unless verified as defective.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If an order is significantly delayed, contact us with your order ID. We will coordinate with courier partners to trace and resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements for lost shipments will be processed only after official courier confirmation.
