Due to the consumable nature of our snack products (Makhana & Puffed Rice), Puffd follows a strict, verification-based Exchange-Only Policy.
No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
1. Exchange Window (Applicable to All Orders)
- Customers may request an exchange within 3 (three) days of delivery.
- Requests submitted more than 3 days ago will be automatically rejected.
- Exchange requests are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Leaked products
- Incorrect items delivered
2. Mandatory Manual Verification (All Orders)
All exchange requests are subject to manual verification.
Customers must provide:
- Clear images and/or
- A continuous, unedited video showing:
- Outer packaging
- Inner packaging
- The claimed product issue
Puffd may contact the customer via call, WhatsApp, or email for additional verification.
Failure to provide valid proof or cooperate will result in automatic rejection.
3. Exchange-Only Policy (No Refunds)
- Puffd operates on a strict NO REFUND policy for:
- Prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Approved cases will be resolved only via product exchange.
- No refund, partial refund, wallet credit, or bank transfer will be issued.
4. Exchange Fulfilment Terms
- Replacement product will be dispatched after successful verification and approval.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, Puffd may offer:
- A similar product of equal value, or
- A reshipment once stock is available
The mode and timeline of exchange will be decided solely by Puffd.
5. COD Order Rejection / Non-Acceptance
The following COD scenarios are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Customer refuses delivery
- Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
- Incorrect address or contact details provided
- Customer fails to accept delivery without a valid reason
Such orders may be RTO or disposed of by the courier partner. No exchange, refund, or reshipment will be provided.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
- Opened, consumed, or tampered food items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Orders placed during sale/discount offers (unless damaged)
- Change of mind or taste preference
7. Third-Party Partner Disclaimer
- Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways.
- Shipping and COD handling are managed by third-party logistics partners.
Puffd is not liable for delays or failures caused by these partners beyond reasonable control.
8. Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Puffd reserves the right to:
- Reject repeat or suspicious exchange requests
- Block COD access for high-risk customers
- Refuse service or initiate legal action in cases of fraud or misrepresentation
9. Final Authority
All exchange decisions are made by Puffd (Shree Shyam Kart Prop.).
Our decision shall be final and binding.
