- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.
Puffd reserves the right to delay processing in cases of high order volume, inventory checks, or unforeseen operational issues.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery timelines generally range from 3–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Puffd does not guarantee delivery dates, as all shipments are handled by independent third-party courier services.
4. Third-Party Shipping Partners
All orders are shipped through third-party logistics and courier partners. Puffd:
- Does not own, operate, or control delivery services
- Is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by courier partners
- Relies on information provided by shipping partners for tracking and delivery updates
Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, responsibility for transit lies with the shipping provider.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Puffd reserves the right to revise shipping fees without prior notice.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Puffd explicitly agrees otherwise.

7. Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibility
- Courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts.
- Customers must ensure that:
- The delivery address and contact details are accurate
- Someone is available to receive the order
Failure to accept delivery may result in the order being returned or disposed of by the courier. In such cases, no exchange or reshipment will be issued.
8. Delays, Force Majeure & Uncontrollable Events
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Strikes or transportation disruptions
- Remote or non-serviceable locations
Puffd shall not be held liable for delays caused by such events.
9. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- Any visible damage, leakage, or tampering must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence.
- Failure to report issues within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of claims.
All such cases are handled as per our Return Policy after manual verification.
10. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Puffd is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- Re-shipping in such cases will be subject to additional shipping charges.
- No exchanges will be issued for failed deliveries caused by customer error.
11. Partial Shipments
In certain cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Customers will be informed accordingly. Partial deliveries do not qualify for partial refunds unless verified and approved by Puffd.
